The Progressive Realization of the Right to Adequate Housing: Literature Review

The Council identified the progressive realization of the right to adequate housing as one of its 3 priority areas for 2021-22. The Council commissioned the National Right to Housing Network (NRHN) to conduct a review of research, analyze existing literature and produce the following report titled “Progressive Realization of the Right to Adequate Housing: A Literature Review”. The literature review examines the progressive realization of the right to adequate housing, application within the Canadian context, and shared responsibilities of all levels of government.  For more information on this priority area, please read the Council’s cover letter.
